Senator Duncan moved and asked unanimous consent that SENATE                   
BILL NO. 1 "An Act relating to retirement incentive programs for               
the public employees' retirement system, the teachers' retirement              
system, and certain persons under the judicial retirement system; and          
providing for an effective date" be removed from the Judiciary                 
Committee and sent to the next committee of referral, that being the           
Finance Committee.                                                             
                                                                               
Senator Taylor objected.                                                       
                                                                               
The question being:  "Shall SENATE BILL NO. 1 be removed from                  
the Judiciary Committee and referred to the Finance Committee?"
